On Friday, 1 April 2016, at night at 2:30, in Lazdijų district municipality, Stebulių village, on the Verstaminai–Babrauninkai regional road (kilometre 6.58), an Audi A6 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to comply with road signs or markings and failed to choose a safe speed.
