On Sunday, 17 April 2016, in the morning at around 10:00, in Anykščių district municipality, Naujųjų Elmininkų village, on the Radiškis–Anykščiai–Rokiškis national road (kilometre 32.30), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred.
