On Sunday, 17 April 2016, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kėdainių district municipality, Daumantų village, an Opel Zafira hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Opel (29 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
