On Tuesday, 19 April 2016, in the morning at 7:13, in Rokiškio district municipality, Laibgalių village, on Alyvų street near No. 5, a Saab 9-3 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Saab (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.15‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
