On Wednesday, 18 May 2016, in the morning at 6:33, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 69.70), a Volvo FH12 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the Volvo (28 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
