On Monday, 13 June 2016, in the afternoon at 13:32, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 61.30), in a roadworks zone, a vehicle hit an obstacle.
