On Friday, 17 June 2016, in the evening at 21:51, in Vilnius, on Šaltkalvių street near No. 54, a Subaru Legacy Outback hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Subaru (17 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.60‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
