On Saturday, 30 July 2016, in the afternoon at 13:30, in Kauno district municipality, on the Aristava–Kėdainiai–Cinkiškiai national road (kilometre 29.32), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Neoplan (43 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
