On Sunday, 21 August 2016, in the morning at 6:53, in Druskininkų municipality, on the Druskininkai–Leipalingis–Seirijai national road (kilometre 11.01), an Audi A6 Avant rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Audi (2 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed.
