On Monday, 22 August 2016, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kaunas, on Marijampolės pl., at the junction with Mėnulio street, a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Nissan Primera and a Honda Civic 5DR. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 63-year-old driver of the Nissan (40 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He was drunk (1.98‰ blood alcohol).
