On Tuesday, 23 August 2016, in the afternoon at 11:24, in Širvintų district municipality, on the Paširvintys–Alionys I regional road (kilometre 1), a Scania P 124 LB rolled over. One person was injured — the 56-year-old driver of the Scania (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of the Scania (7 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.22‰ blood alcohol).
