Drunk pedestrian hit on the Panevėžys–Skaistgiriai–Pušalotas road
On Wednesday, 31 August 2016, in the evening at 20:59, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Skaistgiriai–Pušalotas regional road (kilometre 17.14), a Mitsubishi Lancer hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
