On Thursday, 27 October 2016, in the afternoon at 14:53, in Telšių district municipality, Pasvaigės village, on Micaičių street near No. 3, a Subaru Legacy ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of the Subaru, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.74‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
