On Friday, 28 October 2016, in the evening at around 21:00, in Šiauliai, on Aido street near No. 8, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and a Ford Mondeo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
