On Saturday, 29 October 2016, in the evening at 19:10, in Utenos district municipality, on Taikos street near No. 56, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Rover 214, a car, a Mazda 626, a Volkswagen Golf and a Volkswagen Transporter. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Rover, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.45‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
