On Thursday, 10 November 2016, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on Pramonės pr., at the junction with V. Krėvės pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and an Opel Astra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
