On Sunday, 20 November 2016, in the afternoon at 15:59, in Kėdainių district municipality, Beržų village, an Opel Vectra-B-Caravan ran off the road. Two people were injured — a 14-year-old passenger of the Opel (hospitalized) and a 15-year-old passenger of the Opel (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.30‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
