On Tuesday, 13 December 2016, in the evening at 19:19, in Rokiškio district municipality, Juodupės town, on Pergalės street near No. 16, a Volkswagen Sharan hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 51-year-old pedestrian, who was walking at night without reflectors (light, hi-vis vest).
