On Wednesday, 14 December 2016, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, Skirlėnų village, on Skirlėnų street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 28-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene.
