On Saturday, 25 February 2017, at night at around 3:00, in Prienų district municipality, on the Kaunas–Marijampolė–Suvalkai main road (kilometre 24.60), a DAF XF 95.430 registered in Russia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the DAF (30 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
