On Friday, 3 March 2017, at night at 1:30, in Marijampolės municipality, Mokolų village, on Mokyklos street near No. 2, a BMW registered in France hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
