Unlicensed Opel Vectra driver hits a parked Audi and flees in Kalnijų village
On Saturday, 4 March 2017, at night at 23:03, in Mažeikių district municipality, Kalnijų village, on Beržupio street near No. 50, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
