On Saturday, 18 March 2017, at night at around 1:00, in Telšių district municipality, Nevarėnų town, on Artojų street near No. 7, a Volkswagen Passat ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance.
