Drunk, unlicensed driver's Kinroad XT50Q moped rolls over in Lavėnų village
On Sunday, 2 April 2017, in the afternoon at 12:32, in Pasvalio district municipality, Lavėnų village, a Kinroad XT50Q rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident.
