On Sunday, 14 May 2017, in the afternoon at 16:07, in Kelmės district municipality, Kukečių village, on Liepų street near No. 31, an Opel Vectra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Opel (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.81‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
