On Saturday, 27 May 2017, in the morning at 10:30, in Kaunas, on Valdovo Žirgyno street near No. 2, a Mitsubishi Space Star hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 69-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (45 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
