On Saturday, 24 June 2017, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Alytaus district municipality, Darbalaukio village, on Darbolaukio street near No. 2, a TZ rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the TZ (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.88‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
