On Wednesday, 31 May 2017, in the morning at 10:30, in Telšių district municipality, Džiuginėnų village, a DAF FAD CF85.410 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the DAF (12 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
