On Sunday, 27 August 2017, in the evening at 19:02, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street, a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of a BMW 530 (22 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
