On Tuesday, 19 September 2017, in the afternoon at 14:43, in Rietavo municipality, Tverų town, on Laukuvos street near No. 13, a ZPT40 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the ZPT40 (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.01‰ blood alcohol).
