On Sunday, 8 October 2017, at night at 0:55, in Kaunas, on Laimės street near No. 8, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and an Audi 100. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Opel (19 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
