On Thursday, 12 October 2017, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Alytus, on Druskininkų street, at the junction with A. Juozapavičiaus street, a Mazda 323 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Mazda (31 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
