On Wednesday, 3 January 2018, in the afternoon at 15:41, in Vilnius, on A. Kojelavičiaus street near No. 121, a Toyota Yaris ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Toyota (15 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She refused a sobriety test and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
