On Wednesday, 17 January 2018, in the evening at 17:54, in Elektrėnų municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 27.75), a Subaru Tribeca ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Subaru (13 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
