On Thursday, 1 March 2018, in the evening at around 20:00, in Ukmergės district municipality, on Deltuvos street near No. 35, a Volkswagen Transporter ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.73‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
