On Saturday, 7 April 2018, in the evening at 19:47, in Akmenės district municipality, on the Suginčiai–Klykoliai–Agluonai regional road (kilometre 1), a Mazda MPV ran off the road. One person was injured — a 16-year-old passenger of the Mazda (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Mazda (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
