Volvo truck and three other vehicles crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Monday, 23 April 2018, in the afternoon at 11:28, in Kauno district municipality, Kumpių village, on Verslo street near No. 9, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Schmitz Cargobull, a Volvo FH 42T, a Volvo FM9, a Lamberet LVFS3F, a DAF FT XF105, a Renault and a Knapen K100. Two people were injured — the 50-year-old driver of the Volvo FH 42T (treated as an outpatient) and the 73-year-old driver of the Volvo FM9 (severely injured, treated as an outpatient).
