Unlicensed Volkswagen driver hits a parked Volkswagen and flees in Ringaudų village
On Sunday, 3 June 2018, in the evening at 21:20, in Kauno district municipality, Ringaudų village, on Žalgirio street near No. 42, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
