On Saturday, 14 July 2018, in the morning at 5:12, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 177), a car ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of a car, who fell asleep at the wheel. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober.
