On Sunday, 10 June 2018, at night at 0:45, in Marijampolės municipality, on Parko street near No. 14, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (1 year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
