On Thursday, 2 August 2018, in the evening at 21:46, in Šilalės district municipality, Kaltinėnų eldership, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 218.16), a Volvo V70 ran off the road.
