On Friday, 30 November 2018, in the afternoon at 11:15, in Panevėžio district municipality, Šambalionių village, a BMW X5 registered in Latvia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
