On Friday, 21 December 2018, in the evening at 18:17, in Kelmės district municipality, Kuršukų village, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas main road (kilometre 98), a Volkswagen Polo registered in Russia hit an obstacle.
