On Friday, 11 January 2019, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr. near No. 214, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and a Chrysler Pacifica. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
