On Tuesday, 29 January 2019, in the afternoon at 12:28, in Kaunas, on A. Juozapavičiaus pr., at the junction with Geležinkelio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a MAN 8.153 and a Skoda 14 TR 13. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the MAN (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
