Unlicensed Volkswagen driver runs off the road on the Pandėlys–Suvainiškis–Nereta road
On Saturday, 16 February 2019, in the afternoon at 15:46, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Pandėlys–Suvainiškis–Nereta regional road (kilometre 6.40), a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road.
