Drunk MTZ tractor driver in crash with Toyota in Pelkių village
On Saturday, 13 April 2019, in the afternoon at 14:20, in Šilalės district municipality, Pelkių village, on the Balsiai–Kaltinėnai–Kražiai regional road (kilometre 18.80), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a MTZ 82 and a Toyota Corolla Verso. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the MTZ (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (0.10‰ blood alcohol).
