On Wednesday, 17 April 2019, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kaunas, on Baltijos street, at the junction with Naujakurių street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
