On Tuesday, 28 May 2019, in the morning at 10:14, in Tauragės district municipality, Kirklių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 207), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the BMW 320I (20 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober.
