On Friday, 31 May 2019, in the afternoon at 16:15, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 291.20), a BMW 320 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
